2. I have heard Shri Bhobe, the learned counsel for the petitioners and the constituted attorney of the respondent who also incidentally happens to be one of the decree holders. The parties submit that the petition may be disposed of in terms of the Minutes of the Order. In such circumstances the following order is passed:

ORDER:

(i) The impugned order is hereby set aside.

WP/51/2018 (ii) The petition is disposed off in terms of the Minutes of the Order.
