Heard the learned counsel for the parties for some time. By consent of the parties, the petition is disposed of in the following terms:

Order:

(i) The petitioner shall surrender the keys of the suit flat before the Assistant Superintendent of the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Ponda within a period of one week from today.

(ii) The amount of Rs.19,42,500/- deposited by the petitioner on 31/3/2012 before the Trial Court shall be returned to the petitioner along with interest, if any.

(iii) This shall be without prejudice to the rival contentions of the

WP/57/2015 parties.

(iv) Subject to this the impugned order stands confirmed and the petition is disposed of with no order as to costs. C. V. BHADANG, J.
