The petitioner no.1(b), who appears in person, submits that since after filing of this petition, the Administrative Tribunal has dismissed the appeal today, he, therefore, seeks to challenge the said order. In the circumstances, the petitioner no.1(b) seeks leave to withdraw the petition, with liberty to file a fresh petition, challenging the order passed by the learned Deputy Collector and the order passed by the Administrative Tribunal.
