Date:- 28th January, 2015 P.C.:
Heard Shri J. Godinho, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Ms. P. Kamat, learned Additional Govt. Advocate appearing for respondent No.1.
2. Upon hearing the learned Counsel, it appears that the only grievance raised by the petitioner in the above writ petition is that the proceedings initiated by the petitioner before the learned Joint Mamlatdar-III of Tiswadi Taluka, Panaji, Goa in the year 2007 for declaration in terms of the provisions of the Mundkar Act have not yet been disposed of.
3. Considering that the application for declaration is pending from the year 2007, we find it appropriate to dispose of the above
WP/36/2015 writ petition by directing the respondent No.1 to dispose of Case No.MND/REG/CHO/06/2007/JM-III as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order.
