2. According to us, this application for modification of our order dated 28.08.2019 cannot be granted. In paragraph 4 of our order we had already noted the controversy as to whether the entire demolition is carried out or not. After having noted this dispute, we had stated that it is not possible for us to go into such issue but it is open to the parties to take out appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum to adjudicate this grievance.

Accordingly, if according to the applicant herein, there is no full compliance, it is for the applicant to take necessary steps before the authorities under the Panchayat Raj Act. However, no case is made out for modification of our order. 4.

The application is, therefore, disposed of.
