he petitioner prays for an appropriate writ to direct the Administrator to dispose of the show cause notice cum order dated 12.12.2022 which was issued to the ifth respondent based on the petitioner's complaint.

Mr Bhobe on behalf of the petitioner and Mr D'Silva on behalf of respondents no.2 and 5 state that they or the parties whom they represent will argue the matter orally before the Administrator on any date the Administrator may choose to ix without seeking any unnecessary adjournments. hey say that replies and rejoinders have already been iled. In addition to the oral arguments they say that they will also ile synopsis of their arguments.

Accordingly, the Administrator is directed to dispose of the show cause notice cum order dated 12.12.2022 in accordance with law and on its own merits within two months from today.

We clarify that we have not gone into the rival contentions and therefore all contentions of all parties are left open. 6.

he petition is disposed of with above directions but without any order for costs.
