This petition complains about a shed put up by the ninth respondent purportedly encroaching on a 10 mtr ODP road in Survey No.90/1 of Village Marra.

Mr Antonetto D'Souza, who is present in person, has made a solemn statement before the Court that the temporary shed has since been removed and there is no encroachment whatsoever on the ODP road. He has also produced on record photographs which show that there is no structure on the 10 mtr wide ODP road. We accept Mr D'Souza's statement and dispose of this petition.
