Heard Ms. Pooja Naik, learned Counsel appearing for the applicant. The applicant herein, who is the original respondent no. 1 seeks an early hearing of the Appeal.

It is pointed out that the applicant is 88 years of age. It is further pointed out that the Second Appeal was Admitted by order dated 28.03.2019, wherein this Court observed that the hearing would be expedited.

Thereafter, by order dated 12.02.2020, it was directed that the Appeal can be taken up for final hearing in March 2020. 9th February 2022

Considering the aforesaid fact, this Court is of the opinion that this Application deserves to be allowed. Accordingly, it is directed that the Appeal shall be included in the list of final hearing matters in the week commencing from 21.03.2022. 5.
