Mr De Sa, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the GCZMA has not held any inspection or taken any steps to initiate action based on the petitioner's complaint. Mr De Sa refers to this Court's order dated 07.02.2023 in Writ Petition No.459/2022 in which a statement was made on behalf of GCZMA that inspection would be held within two weeks and if any illegalities are found, action will be taken in accordance with law.

2. Learned Advocate General states that site inspection was held and after that, even a Show Cause Notice dated 29.01.2024 was issued to Mr Cruz Fernandes and others. The learned Advocate General states 30th January, 2024

WP 106 of 2024 that the Show Cause Notice dated 29.01.2024 will be disposed by the GCZMA within three months from today by hearing the parties to whom the show cause notice is issued and even the petitioner herein (complainant.).

3. Thus, the relief prayed for in this petition has been substantially worked out and this petition is, therefore, disposed of. VALMIKI SA MENEZES, J.
