This PIL challenges the Out Line Development Plan (ODP) of Mapusa 2021. Respondent No.3-North Goa Planning and Development Authority has filed an additional Affidavit indicating that respondent No.4-State of Goa has directed respondent No.3 to revise the ODP for Mapusa and that it is accordingly in the process of considering revisions. Since the purported illegalities in the existing ODP are the subject matter

of challenge in the present petition and a revision is being undertaken by respondent No.3 of the ODP based on Government directions, the main grievance of the petitioners is redressed.
