While revocation of permission order dated 7.11.2019 for non-reference to aspects referred to therein is being questioned in present petition, after hearing learned counsel for parties for some time, a fresh application for permission for construction of compound wall is possible dealing with/referring to these aspects, according to counsel for respondent nos. 1 to 3. 2.

In view of aforesaid, it would be expedient that petitioner would approach making fresh application for construction to the concerned authority. The concerned authority may decide the application in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of the application.
