The matter was adjourned from time to time to enable the appellant to take steps to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased respondent No.1-Claimant.

However, Mr. Kakodkar on instructions from Mr. Shubham Thakur, Legal Officer of the appellant who is present in the Court seeks leave to withdraw this appeal.

In the absence of any steps, the appeal might have to be dismissed for non prosecution. However, now that the appellant - st July 2022
25-FA 147-18.DOC Insurance Company wishes to withdraw this appeal, leave can be granted. The appeal is disposed of as withdrawn. 4.
Now that this appeal is disposed of, the legal representatives of Babu Shanu Naik are granted liberty to apply this Court for withdrawal of compensation amount deposited by the appellant. 5.
Registry to however write at the address of respondent No.1 so that the legal representatives have knowledge about this order. Copy of this order may also be sent to Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, South Goa, Margao Goa, so that some steps can be taken to find out the details about the legal representatives of Babu Shanu Naik and advise them about the withdrawal of the compensation amount.

The appeal is disposed of in the above terms. 7.
Misc. Civil Application No.1032 of 2022 (Filing No.) does not survive with the disposal of the appeal and the same is also disposed of accordingly.
