2. There is delay of 73 days in filing review application against the judgment and order dated 12.08.2016 passed by this Court in the Second Appeal.

4. Mr. R.G.Ramani strongly objects the condonation as the application lacks sufficient cause.

5. Merely because the applicants are quite aged, would not ipso fact give them the reason to condone the delay. The reasons assigned are not satisfactory and sufficient.
