However on perusing the application and the reasons set out there, we think that a case is made out for grant of reliefs in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c) which reads as under: (a) Allow the applicant to amend the cause title by incorporating the word "Since Deceased" after the name of the Respondent No.2.

(b) Allow the Applicant to bring the Legal heirs of the Deceased Respondent No.2 on record as stated in para 2 above. (c) Allow the application for appointing Smt Meena Ulhas Bholnekar as a guardian for the Minor Child Miss Namita Ulhas Bholnekar and to permit Smt Meena Ulhas Bholnekar to 30th April 2022
