Respective learned counsel are ad idem on the point that direction be given to the trial Court to decide and dispose of the CRMA No.125/2007/B dated 31.08.2010 and CRMA No.125/2010/D dated 8.12.2017. As such, petition stands disposed of with a direction to learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Mapusa to decide and dispose of aforesaid two applications as per law as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
