Date:- 20th March, 2017 ORAL ORDER Heard Mr. V. Menezes, learned counsel appearing for the original appellants.
2.
None appeared in support of the Cross Objection filed by the respondents. I have also perused the proposed substantial questions of law therein. Admittedly, the Cross Objection has not been admitted on any substantial questions of law. On perusal of the substantial questions of law, I find that both the Courts have concurrently come to the conclusion that the property belong in coownership of the appellants and the respondents having half share each therein. The Courts have also noted that the appellants and the respondents are occupying separate portions of the subject house. In such situation, the proposed substantial questions of law do not
arise at all. Hence, the Cross Objection stands rejected. F. M. REIS, J.
