2. This is an application to withdraw the amount deposited in this Court in view of the disposal of the First Appeal No.247/2000 by judgment dated 4.7.2008.

3. There is nothing on record to point out that an appeal has been preferred against the judgment passed by this Court before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. Hence, the application is allowed.

4. Applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount in terms of the judgment dated 4.7.2008. The Registrar(Judicial) is accordingly directed to calculate the amount in terms of the said judgment and

MCA/31/2016 disburse the amount to the applicant along with accrued interest thereon.

5. Application stands disposed of.
