2. This petition seeks enforcement of notice-cum-demolition dated 3rd June, 2016 made by the Respondent No.1-Panchayat. However, Ms. J. Colaso, learned counsel for Respondent No.2 places on record the judgment and order dated 10th April, 2018 made by the Additional Director of Panchayats-II, Panaji Goa in

WP/123/2020 the proceedings No.ADP-II/P.A.61/2016, by which, the notice-cum- demolition dated 3rd June, 2016 made by the Respondent No.1 has been set aside.

3. In the aforesaid circumstances, Mr. Y. Nadkarni, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to take out appropriate proceedings against the judgment and order dated 10th April, 2018. Leave is granted with liberty as prayed for.

4. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with liberty as prayed for.
