The dispute arose on account of the fact that some of the parties who claimed that they are entitled to a share in the partition

Wp 178, 167 of 2011 were not allotted any share. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners in both the petitions, on instructions, state that since after the filing of the present petitions, there were inventory proceedings initiated in which shares are allotted to all the concerned parties and as such, nothing survives in these petitions. In view of the statement as above, both the petitions are disposed of as infructuous. The parties are left to bear their own costs. C. V. BHADANG, J.
