2. This is an application for withdrawal of the amount in view of the disposal of the Appeal before the Lok Adalat.

3. Both the learned Counsel accept the calculations submitted by the Respondents along with their affidavit dated 23.03.2017.

4. Hence, the Applicant is permitted to withdraw the sum of Rs.71,344/- along with interest accrued thereon. The remaining amount, if any, with accrued interest shall be refunded to the

MCA/18/2017 Respondents-State Government.

The Registry to act accordingly.
