here is no dispute that the Goa Coastal Zone Management Authority (GCZMA) has discharged the show cause notice issued to the applicant's establishment. he applicant has all the necessary permissions. However, so far as the trade license is concerned, the same is pending for renewal and an application to that efect has been made which is at page 38 of this application.

Subject to the applicant obtaining all licenses to run the establishment, the present application can be allowed and is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
