2. By this application, the applicants seek to rely upon a Government Gazette dated 14th March, 2002. It is pointed out by Shri Ramani that such a Gazette is relevant for the purpose of examining the dispute raised by the applicants. Without examining the contention of Shri Ramani as to the relevancy and whether such a document can be considered for the purpose of examining the dispute raised in the present appeal, which will be examined at the

MCA/54/2015 stage of final hearing, the application is disposed of. The contentions, on merits of the document of both the parties, are left open.
