Heard Shri Rao, the learned counsel for the Petitioner and Shri Noorani, the learned counsel for the respondent no.1. The learned counsel for the parties, on instructions, submit that the petition can be disposed off by consent, without this Court recording formal reasons. In such circumstances, the petition is disposed off by consent of parties in the following terms: (i) The petitioner shall apply to the Indian Bureau of Mines/ Director of Mines and Geology for obtaining the copies of mining schemes, monthly an annual returns submitted by the respondent no.1 from 2008 to 2018. The respondent no.1 has no objection for copies of these document being supplied to the

WP/12/2019 petitioner by the concerned authorities.

(ii) If such an application is made, the IBM/Directorate of Mines and Geology shall act as expeditiously as possible on the said application.

(iii) The petition is disposed off in the aforesaid terms. C. V. BHADANG, J.
