Heard Mr Vithal Naik, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr Pravin Faldessai, learned Additional Government Advocate for respondent Nos.1 and 2.

Mr. Vithal Naik, learned Counsel states that private service has been effected on the 3rd respondent.

For the order that we propose to make no notice is necessary to respondent Nos.3 and 4.

Te petitioner's grievance is that his complaints dated 23/01/2023, 23/06/2023 and 27/10/2023 are not being considered and expeditiously disposed of by respondent Nos.2 and 3.

From the record, we find that it is not as if respondent No.2 has ignored the petitioner's complaints. In any case, we direct respondent Nos.2 and 3 to dispose of the petitioner's complaints in accordance with 21st February 2024

5 WP-169-2024.DOC the law on their own merits as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a maximum period of two months from today. Respondent Nos.2 and 3 must comply with the principles of natural justice and in peculiar facts of the present case even hear respondent Nos. 4 and 5. Respondent Nos.2 and 3 must communicate their decision to the petitioner and respondent Nos.4 and 5 within this period of two months. 6.

We clarify that we have not examined the merits of the petitioner's complaints and therefore all contentions of the petitioner and respondent Nos.4 and 5 are kept open to be determined by respondent Nos.2 and 3. 7.

Te petition is disposed of with the above directions. Tere shall be no order for costs.
