2. Despite service none appears on behalf of the respondents.

3. On 3.1.2019 this Court dismissed the appeal in default. It is submitted by Mr. Rao, that he was on leave from 3.1.2019 till 17.1.2019 and, therefore, he was unable to attend the matter and it was dismissed. Once leave was granted to the counsel he was not expected to attend the matter.

4. In view of the above, Second Appeal No.117/2004 stands restored. Registry is directed to issue fresh notices to the respondents.
