Te grievance of the Petitioners that inspite of the orders passed and inspite of initiating action against a cell phone tower, which according to the Petitioners, is illegally constructed, it is not taken to its logical end.

Learned Advocate General states that the Directorate of Panchayat will look into the issue. Since the private respondents are not before us, before taking steps, the Directorate of 14 July 2023

902 WP 173 OF 2023.ODT Panchayat will examine the matter and if so requires, give opportunity to the Petitioners and Respondent No. 5 before proceeding to take the action. Te necessary action be taken within a period of four weeks from today, unless, of course, the same cannot be complied because of judicial or any quasi-judicial order passed by any competent Authority.
