2. Perused the order dated 5/10/2013 passed by the learned District Judge which shows that the entire balance amount, except the amount lying before this court, has been paid to the applicant. The learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions,

MCA/218/2015 states that the order passed in First Appeal by this Court has not been carried any further. In such circumstances, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 7(a).
