2. Considering the fact that the applicant will be affected by the outcome of the Writ Petition, it would be in the interest of justice that he is heard before the final orders are passed in this petition and, therefore, the application deserves to be allowed and, is accordingly allowed.

3. The petitioner in the Writ Petition shall carry out the necessary amendment within a period of one week from today. It will be open to the added respondent to file reply affidavit. Status quo granted earlier to continue till the next date.
