Accordingly, the delay is condoned. Abatement, if any, is set aside. The legal heirs are permitted to be brought on record. Mr Jalmi states that necessary amendment will be carried out within two weeks. He, further states that necessary steps will be taken to serve the legal heirs within two weeks from today.
