The respondent no.1(a) has died. Now, the appellant has filed this Misc. Civil Application to bring the legal representatives of the deceased respondent no.1(a). It is filed within time. For the reasons mentioned in the application the Court the allows it. Amendment to be carried out in one week.

2. Because the legal representative is a minor he is under a disability to be sued. According to the appellant's counsel, the third respondent is the father of the legal heir and the husband of the deceased respondent no.1(a). Therefore, he will act as a natural guardian and next friend of the minor respondent, now being brought on record. The amendment to be carried out in one week in the manner indicated above.

3. Issue notice to the respondent now brought on record. Post the matter after service.
