Upon hearing Mr. D. Pangam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. P. Dangui, learned Addl. Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, the only grievance of the petitioners is that the mundkarial appeal bearing No.7/2015 preferred by the petitioners against the interim order is pending before the Collector for last six months.

2. The learned Addl. Govt. Advocate upon instructions states that the appeal preferred by the petitioners bearing No.7/2015 shall be disposed of within a period of two weeks.

3. Accepting the said statement of the learned Addl. Govt. Advocate, nothing survives in the above petition, accordingly, it

WP/47/2016 stands disposed of.
