1. Heard Mr. Rohit Bras De Sa, learned Counsel for the applicants and Ms. Gautami Kamat, learned Counsel for respondent No.10.

2. Mr. De Sa submits that the First Appeal is already admitted, however, the same be placed for final hearing since the appellants are senior citizens. He submits that the main inventory proceeding is of the year 1986-87.

3. Considering the fact that both the applicants are senior citizens, the inventory is of the year 1987 and First Appeal needs to be placed for final disposal in the week commencing from 26/03/2024. 27th February, 2024
