Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

2. In pursuance of our order dated 16th January, 2019, the Medical Board has now certified that the post operation facilities can be provided to the accused/Applicant at G.M.C.,Bambolim as an outpatient.

3. In any case, Mr. Rivankar, learned Public Prosecutor on the basis of instructions states that the parole of the Applicant has already been extended to 16th February, 2019.

4. In the aforesaid circumstances, Mr. Pavithran, learned counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw this application. Leave is granted. The application is disposed of as withdrawn.
