2. This is an application for a modification of the condition nos.(iii) and (v) of the bail order dated 13/02/2018 pursuant to which the applicant seeks the release of the passport in his favour for renewal purposes and to relax the condition insofar as leaving the jurisdiction of the Special Court Panaji is concerned.

3. Heard Shri M. Amonkar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor who submitted that certain conditions be imposed insofar as the release of the passport is concerned.

4. Having heard Ms. Collasso and Shri Mahesh Amonkar, learned Advocate and Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State respectively, the condition No.(iii) of the bail order is modified to the extent that no sooner the passport of the applicant is renewed, the passport officer is directed to forward it to the Special Judge Panaji for its safe custody and condition (v) is relaxed to the extent that the applicant shall not leave the jurisdiction of the State of Goa without seeking the prior permission and on furnishing his residential address.

5. In addition to these two conditions the applicant also to furnish his new address to the Investigating Officer within a week's time.
