Learned Advocate for the respondents submits on instructions that the impugned order came to be passed by the Chief Officer of the respondent under Section 184 Sub-section 21 without consulting the Council. He, therefore, seeks to withdraw the said order.

2. In view thereof, the petition would not survive and is accordingly disposed off. Liberty is however granted to the respondents to proceed against the petitioners as deemed fit in accordance with law.
