ORDER

The appellant herein faced criminal prosecution for the offence under Section 120-B, 120 and 467, 468, 471, 477-A of the Indian Penal Code and offences punishable under Section 13(i)(c) and (d) r/w Section 13 of The Prevention and Corruption Act. He is a Senior Bank Official. 2.

The Trial Court vide its judgment dated 02.12.2020, convicted the appellant along with other two accused. He was CRMA-1-2021

Andreza -2required to serve the sentence concurrently the maximum being one year besides paying the fine.

The appellant has filed this Misc. Application seeking suspension of sentence. The learned Trial Court appears to have suspended sentence soon after the pronouncement of judgment on 02.12.2020 for thirty days. 4.

There is nothing on record to show that the appellant had deposited the fine amount. Thus, sentence inflicted on the appellant stands suspended subject to it depositing the fine amount as per order dated 02.12.2020 within a period of two weeks. If appellant failed to deposit the fine amount, it would result in cancellation of the order of suspension.

Accordingly application stands disposed of.
