After hearing the learned Advocates for some time and clearing the ambiguity and discord between the parties, the petitioners herein are directed to file their written submissions before the Appellate Court on being transposed as the appellants.

2. Shri Nigel Da Costa Frias, learned Advocate for the petitioners, on instructions, submits that he would also bear the proportionate share of the court fees paid in the appeal.

3. In view thereof, the impugned order is quashed and set aside. The learned District Court to dispose off the Regular Civil Appeal No.394/2010 latest by 30/03/2019. In these terms, the
