Learned Counsel appearing for the parties state that the parties have executed Consent Terms as regards the interim arrangement pending the hearing of the Writ Petition. The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked 'X'.

3.

We have gone through the Consent Terms. The interim arrangement is purely an arrangement between the parties, therefore, there is no impediment in accepting the Consent Terms to operate as an interim order in the Writ Petition. Obviously, these Consent Terms will not permit the parties to violate any provisions of law. Order accordingly.
