After hearing this matter, I find that interest of justice shall be served if following order is passed :

2. Writ Petition is allowed. Regular Civil Appeal No.126/2013 shall be disposed of finally on merits at the earliest. Parties to appear before the District Court at Mapusa on 06/04/2016 at 10.00 a.m.. On that date, the parties shall co-operate and make their final submissions, unless prevented by some extraordinary circumstances. The appeal shall thereafter be disposed of within one month finally on merits. Parties to maintain status-quo till final disposal of the appeal and accordingly the impugned order dated 04.12.2013 stands modified.
