The learned Advocate General who appears on behalf of Goa Real Estate Regulatory Authority i.e. respondent No.1, on instructions, makes a statement that the substitution of the petitioner with that of respondent No.2 on the Registration Certificate of the project will be withdrawn forthwith. This means that the Registration Certificate of the project as it appears at page 35 of the paper book will stand restored immediately. 3.

The learned Advocate General states that the petitioner as well as respondent No.2 will thereafter be heard by the respondent No. 1 and appropriate order shall be made complying with principles of natural justice.

We accept the statement made by the learned Advocate General and direct respondent No.2 to act accordingly. The necessary changes/restorations to be effected immediately in the records of respondent No.1 as also on the website of respondent No.1. The changes on the website may be effected within 2 days from today.

We make it clear that we have not gone in the rival contentions on merits and therefore, all rival contentions may be adjudicated upon by respondent No.1. All contentions of all the parties are therefore expressly kept open.
