2. Today, Shri Menino D'Souza, the Director of Tourism has filed an affidavit before us. The affidavit states that atleast presently there are no dues payable to the State Government, though, some dues may become payable to the Central Government towards discharge of Central GST liabilities. The

PILWP/1/2020 learned Advocate General states that the respondent no.3 has time upto 31/03/2020 to file his returns in that regard.

3. Mr. Amonkar, learned Counsel for the respondent no.3 states that returns have already been filed and accordingly to the respondent no.3 the payments have been made.

4. In the present matter, it is not necessary for us to go into the issue of payment towards Central GST. The authorities under the Act will consider the position and make appropriate orders.

5. The learned Advocate General has stated that proceedings have been already been taken out against the respondent no.3 in relation of dishonour of the cheque. Mr. Amonkar, learned Counsel for the respondent no.3, on instructions, confirms that the summons has been received by the respondent no.3 in the criminal cases.

6. Now that there are no dues payable to the State Government, there is no point in keeping this petition pending. The petition is therefore disposed of.
