Heard the learned counsel for the applicant, who states that the amount of fine has already been paid to the applicant/accused. The substantive sentence of imprisonment is suspended till the final disposal of the appeal. The applicant to be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond of Rs.20,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar of this Court. The order regarding returning the tainted currency notes of Rs.20,000/- is stayed till final disposal of the appeal.
