1. After hearing the learned Counsel for the Petitioner for some time, Mr. Sardessai submits that the Petitioner be permitted to withdraw the proceedings in order to present it before the appropriate Forum since impugned Order in the present petition is passed by a Labour Court at Akola (Maharashtra).

2. Considering the above request, the Petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the concerned authority.
