At the outset, the learned Additional Govt. Advocate submits that the Judgment and Order dated 26th April, 2017, of which non-compliance has been alleged, will be complied with within a period of three months.
2. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the period of three months would be more.
3. However, taking into consideration the fact that in the Judgment and Order dated 26th April, 2017 passed in Writ Petition No.668/2014 no time limit was fixed, we dispose of this
CP/1/2018 contempt petition by recording the statement made by the learned Advocate General that the Judgment and Order dated 26th April, 2017 will be complied with within a period of three months.
