2. As appeal is admitted, impugned sentence is hereby suspended subject to deposit of fine amount within a period of two weeks in the trial Court.

3. The applicant is directed to be released on bail on furnishing personal bond of Rs.20,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Children's Court.
