Heard Mr. De Sa, the learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Shirodkar, the learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondent nos.1 and 2 and Mr. Mahambrey, the learned counsel for the respondent no.3.

2. A similar petition concerning this very Devasthan being Writ Petition no.831 of 2016 was disposed off by order dated 20/3/2017, by directing the Administrator to look into the complaints made by the petitioner therein in relation to the management of the Devasthan or matters connected therein.

3. Mr. Shirodkar, the learned Additional Government Advocate points out that the inquiry in pursuance of our order dated 20/3/2017 is on. The petitioner in the present case has also made some complaints including, in particular, the complaint dated 26/10/2018 and an undated complaint which was in warded on 7/12/2018 in the Office of Mamlatdar at Sanguem. These complaints are at Exhibits "H and "I" (pages 57 to 64) of the paper book.

4. According to us, this petition can be disposed of by directing the Administrator to look into these complaints as well and to dispose off the same in accordance with law and on their own merits as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of three months from today.

5. We make it clear that we have not examined the merits or the demerits of the complaints made by the petitioner and therefore, it is left to the administrator to examine the same. We also add that in examining such complaints, the administrator, shall no doubt apply principles of natural justice and afford sufficient opportunity to all concerned.

6. This petition is disposed off in the aforesaid terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
