During the course of the hearing of the above Appeal, Ms. Correia, learned Counsel appearing for the Appellant pointed out that dispute in the above proceedings has been amicably settled and the Appellants have agreed to pay to the Respondent no. 1 a consolidated sum of Rs.30,70,000/-. Learned Counsel has also pointed out that the cheque/Demand Draft for such amount has already been dispatched by the Appellant to be paid to the Respondent no. 1 herein.

2. Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent no. 1 is agreeable to accept the said amount in full and final settlement of his claim in the Claim Petition and awarded in the impugned

FA/133/2016 Award. Learned Counsel further pointed out that Consent Terms to that effect would be filed before the Executing Court on 01.04.2017 and record the satisfaction of the Award accordingly.

3. In such circumstances, the Appeal stands disposed of accordingly by accepting the statements made by learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties. Needless to say, liberty to the parties to apply.
