2. The appeal has been admitted. Considering the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, operation of the impugned Judgment and Decree dated 28/10/2015 passed by the learned District Judge-4, South Goa, Margao in Regular Civil Appeal No.164/2011 is stayed, subject to the applicants depositing in this Court a sum of Rs. 91,500/- as per the Decree passed by the learned Trial Judge, within two weeks from today. In case the amount is deposited, the same shall be invested in a fixed deposit, in any nationalized bank,

CA/3/2016 initially for a period of one year, to be renewed from time to time, until disposal of the appeal.
