2. This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Deputy Director of Panchayats (North Goa) to decide Case No. DDPN/Calangute/Bar/29/2011.

3. It is undisputed that the matter has been since decided by the learned Deputy Director on 30.01.2015. In that view of the matter, the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition. Even otherwise, the petition would not survive as the matter has already been decided.

4. In such circumstances, the petition is dismissed for want of prosecution, with no order as to costs.
