Mr Bhobe on instructions of the Applicant Mr Laxman Sazro Salgaonkar who is present in Court states that an amount of Rs.15,73,000/- will be deposited. In addition, an amount of Rs.66,000/- will also be deposited. 50% of the total amount will be deposited within eight weeks from today and the remaining 50% within eight weeks thereafter.

These amounts are mentioned separately because the first, Rs.15,73,000/-, is computed at Rs.5500/- per month from March 1993 to 2016. The second amount is required to be deposited for the 29th September 2017

If the amount is not so deposited, this order of stay will be vacated and execution may then proceed. Liberty to the Respondent to file a formal application seeking withdrawal after four weeks of the deposit is made.
